I designed the design system from scratch, creating a framework that reduced inconsistencies and improved team collaboration. In addition, I made significant contributions to several key features in inventory management for AT&T, designing user flows and interfaces that streamlined processes and improved operational efficiency.

I designed intuitive dashboards and optimized data flows for real-time reporting, ensuring seamless data visualization for software that helps organizations track electricity consumption and manage it efficiently.

I led the design of multiple zero-to-one digital products across blockchain, fintech, and AI industries. My work focused on crafting information architecture, user flows, and UX/UI designs that prioritized user engagement and seamless interaction. I also developed prototypes that enhanced user accessibility and satisfaction.

In 2023, an organization approached us with a bold idea: reduce the tedious tasks developers face daily by leveraging AI. While essential, these tasks were time-consuming and prevented developers from focusing on more creative and impactful problem-solving. 

They were curious if we could automate repetitive tasks while ensuring seamless integration into existing developer workflows.&nbsp;&nbsp;



To get started, I conducted interviews with developers from the organization to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and specific needs.Here are some key questions I asked:

After conducting the interviews, I carefully reviewed all the notes and data gathered. I then analyzed these insights to identify some key challenges and problems that we need to solve first.



I conducted brainstorming sessions with my team to ideate potential solutions.



Following a brainstorming session, I developed an Impact/Effort Matrix to evaluate and prioritize the ideas generated during the discussion. This matrix helped categorize tasks based on their potential impact and the effort required, providing clarity and focus for the next steps.



Developed site maps and user flows to clearly visualize the overall structure and interactions, ensuring seamless collaboration by regularly discussing them with the team to gather feedback, maintain alignment, and keep everyone on the same page.

Boosted Developer Efficiency with AI-Powered Workflows

When I joined the project, the organization collaborated with a third-party team to develop &amp; design features such as&nbsp;Order Management&nbsp;and&nbsp;Tax Handling. During this phase, I worked closely with third-party designers on two key features:&nbsp;Inventory Transfer&nbsp;and&nbsp;Tax Management.Once the third-party contract concluded, our team at Amdocs was assigned to take over the critical design phase. This required us to redesign all features to align with the organization's standards. I ensured that my key features Inventory Transfer and Tax Management complied with these standards while maintaining open communication with stakeholders to address their concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

During a crucial milestone phase, stakeholders required functional screens on a tight timeline.I worked closely with them and the researchers to gather high-priority requirements and quickly deliver user-centred designs.Rapidly created initial key screens for critical features based on requirements and provided those screens for stakeholder discussions and decision-making.

By demonstrating the long-term value and cost savings of the system.However, I was entrusted with full ownership of the design system, presenting a unique opportunity to lead its creation and ensure its scalability. Despite time constraints and working independently, I embraced the challenge and continued collaborating on other features, driving alignment and consistency across the board.

Prioritized tasks to balance feature design and the creation of the design system, ensuring both received the necessary attention:

The Unified Design System significantly improved consistency, raising it from around 20-30% to over 70%. While the impact was substantial, I believe that with collaborative team effort, we could have achieved even greater results. It also streamlined workflows and established a scalable framework for future growth, enhancing team efficiency and setting a foundation for seamless collaboration.
